I’m an American politics Ph.D. candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison studying how political elites interact with voters.
My dissertation explores data-driven campaigning among House campaigns. I mix interviews with analysis of millions of expenditure records to unpack the evolution of the voter information environment.
My other work and past publications investigate voter contact, misinformation on social media, and political communication.
Originally from the bottom-of-the-boot Louisiana, I received a B.A. in mass communication and another B.A. in political science and French from Louisiana State University.
